EXPERIENCE AND AREAS OF WORK:
Dr. Dudeck has close to two decades of experience in applying CBT in her work with adults struggling with a wide variety of mental health issues including anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, body focused repetitive behaviours, and perinatal issues.
She has a special interest in working with women’s mental health including perinatal mental health concerns from pregnancy to postpartum through the early years of parenting. Dr. Dudeck has had the privilege of helping women navigate some of the most difficult experiences, including grieving perinatal loss, coping with the emotional complexities of fertility treatments, and managing the stressors of pregnancy and motherhood. Her practice focuses on supporting women across the reproductive lifespan, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and other reproductive health challenges.
